Luísa Nóbrega
Luísa Nóbrega, born in 1984, is an artist whose work is developed in the frontiers of Literature and Visual Arts. She holds a degree in Philosophy (USP) and does not have a permanent address, dividing her time between artistic residences and her friend’s homes in different places in Brazil and abroad. Exploring hybrid possibilities in action, video, sound and text, with her work she engages in listening to dissenting voices emerging from the friction zones between body and language, searching for historical and literary black holes, eloquent Freudian slips and situations of linguistic collapses.
