RICARDO BASBAUM lives and works in Rio de Janeiro. He participated in the 30th and 25th Sao Paulo Biennal (2012, 2002) and documenta 12 (2007). Author of artist-etc manual (Azougue, 2013), Body Ear, Group Ear (National University of Cordoba, 2010) and Beyond the Visual Purity (Zouk, 2007). Teacher at Arts Institute of the State University of Rio de Janeiro. Resident artist at Simon Fraser University (Vancouver, October 2014).
